Jamie Colby
Colby is a National News Correspondent, and anchor of Fox News. He has joined the organization since July 2003. Colby has been anchor, reporter and correspondent for CBS News before moving to FOX News Channel. Colby worked as a stand-in for CBS Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby has a law degree in law from the University California and is licensed to practice in New York, California Florida as well as the District of Columbia. In 2002, she received the Edward R.Murrow National Award for reporting on the terrorist attacks on 9/11. Colby also received the Gracie Award for investigative journalism in 2000. She also won in 2001, the Clarion Award by the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week also named her an "Rising News Star To Be Watching". Colby additionally worked as an attorney in private law practice for a decade. Her law practice began working for an Hollywood entertainment firm that took her to The Tonight Show. At the age of 22, Colby was a reporter and host for Johnny Carson, both during the contract renewal of NBC along with him and during his divorce. Since January 15, Colby has served as reporter and host on the Fox Business show, Strange Inheritance, which covers quirky or unforeseen legacy assets left by family members or friends
